Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by an RMA# and received by us within 30 days of the order being delivered to the buyer.
If we do not receive the item within 30 days no returns or exchanges are possible. Items received after 30 days will be refused and the package will be returned to the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition.

The RMA# must be written on the package.
Custom orders are not returnable.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item with a strong odor of perfume or cologne.
